| Supply and installation of Macro ispace CEILING HUNG SS shower Cubicles: Std Sizes (W x D x H)- 1000 mm x 1500 mm x 2700 mm, although size may vary as per drawing (Height is no gap from bottom) Door Size- 600 mm. Cubicle height to be 2700 mm.Made from solid grade compact high pressure laminate as per IS:2046 manufactured under high specific pressure > 5 MPa and temperature >120oC with bunch of kraft papers impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resin and decorative papers made of Alpha cellulose fiber impregnated with thermosetting melamine resin which provide superior scratch, abrasion, heat, chemical, impact, graffiti & moisture resistance along with anti-bacterial properties. All Pilasters and doors shall be of 12mm thick HPL compact board with chamfered edge. All Pilasters will be suspended from the wall mounted Top Rail and section fixed with a steel plate from above the false ceiling and also anchored to the floor with SS 316 L grade floor anchor plate and covered with 316 L grade SS skirting on both sides . The assembled parts at the top below ceiling will then be beautifully concealed by the Stainless Steel Box Up construction . Pilasters will be routed at its vertical ends to facilitate closure of Doors. The intermediate panel shall be of 12 mm thick HPL and anchored to the wall ,floor and pilasters and covered with 316 L grade SS skirting on both sides . Design as specified by Arch. / Engr. in suede finish. Size of panels to be as per drawing. |
